This privacy policy explains how StoryNest, developed by Kodrika, handles your data. StoryNest lets parents photograph their child's books, record themselves reading each page and let the child listen. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Data stored on your device

StoryNest does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or contacts, and there is no sign-in. To make the app work, the following is stored only on your device, inside the app's private storage:

• Page photos: copies of the photos you take or pick for each page and for the cover.
• Voice recordings: the audio you record for each page.
• Book details: book titles, page order, cover theme and stickers.
• App settings: automatic reading and page turning, bookshelf lock, reduced motion, vibration, and whether StoryNest Unlimited has been purchased.

Your voice recordings and photos may contain personal information about you and your family. This is why they never leave your device unless you choose to share a book yourself (see section 5).

2. Camera, microphone and photos

• Camera — asked for only when you choose to photograph a page. Photos are saved in the app, not in your gallery.
• Microphone — asked for only when you start recording a page. Recording happens only while the record screen shows it is recording; the app never listens in the background.
• Photos — the app uses the Android Photo Picker, so it can access only the photos you select. It does not ask for access to your whole gallery or your files.

You can deny or withdraw these permissions at any time in your device settings; the related feature then stops working, the rest of the app keeps working.

3. Children

StoryNest is designed for parents to use with their young children. The child-facing screens (the bookshelf and the reader) contain no ads, no links, no purchases and no settings. Editing, sharing, settings and purchases are behind a parent question (a multiplication a young child cannot solve).

The app does not collect any personal data from children, has no chat or social features and does not send anything over the internet from the child-facing screens. The app is built to follow Google Play's Families policy.

4. In-app purchase (Google Play Billing)

StoryNest is free for up to 2 books. StoryNest Unlimited is an optional one-time purchase made through Google Play. Payment details are handled entirely by Google; we never see your card or payment information. The app only receives from Google Play whether the purchase is owned, pending or refunded, and checks this again when the app opens so purchases can be restored on a new device. 5. Sharing and importing books

If you choose Share book, the app creates a .storynest file containing that book's photos, voice recordings, title, theme and stickers, and opens the Android share sheet. The file goes only to the app and the people you choose (for example a messaging app or email). Anyone who receives the file can see the photos and hear the recordings, so share it only with people you trust. Once sent, its handling is subject to the policies of the service you used and the recipient.

If you import a .storynest file, its contents are copied into the app on your device. Imported files are checked before they are opened.

6. Content you add

Photos of printed books are meant for your family's private use. Please respect the rights of authors and publishers and do not share copies of copyrighted books publicly.

7. No analytics, no ads, no account

StoryNest does not use analytics, crash reporting or advertising services and has no user accounts.

8. Internet use and permissions

All features work offline. The internet is used only by Google Play Billing to show the price, complete a purchase and check purchase status.

• Internet / billing (added by the Google Play Billing library) — purchases only.

The app does not request access to your location, contacts or files.

9. Device backup

Photos, recordings and the book database are excluded from Android cloud backup because of their size and personal nature. Small app settings may be included in your device backup if Android backup is enabled. When you move to a new phone with a direct device-to-device transfer, Android may copy the app's data to the new device. To keep a copy of a book yourself, use Share book and save the file somewhere safe.

10. Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Deleting a page removes its photo and recording; deleting a book removes all of its photos and recordings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes everything it stored. We hold no data about you on any server.

11. Data security

Data is stored in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. Its security also depends on your device's security (for example, your screen lock). Connections to Google Play use encryption.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.

Bu gizlilik politikası, Kodrika tarafından geliştirilen StoryNest uygulamasının verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. StoryNest, ebeveynlerin çocuklarının kitaplarının fotoğrafını çekmesini, her sayfayı kendi sesiyle okuyup kaydetmesini ve çocuğun bunu dinlemesini sağlar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

StoryNest adınız, e-posta adresiniz veya kişileriniz gibi kişisel bilgileri toplamaz; oturum açma yoktur. Uygulamanın çalışması için aşağıdakiler yalnızca cihazınızda, uygulamanın özel depolama alanında saklanır:

• Sayfa fotoğrafları: her sayfa ve kapak için çektiğiniz veya seçtiğiniz fotoğrafların kopyaları.
• Ses kayıtları: her sayfa için kaydettiğiniz sesler.
• Kitap bilgileri: kitap adları, sayfa sırası, kapak teması ve çıkartmalar.
• Uygulama ayarları: otomatik okuma ve sayfa çevirme, kitaplık kilidi, hareketi azaltma, titreşim ve StoryNest Sınırsız'ın satın alınıp alınmadığı.

Ses kayıtlarınız ve fotoğraflarınız sizinle ve ailenizle ilgili kişisel bilgiler içerebilir. Bu nedenle, bir kitabı kendiniz paylaşmayı seçmediğiniz sürece (bkz. 5. bölüm) cihazınızdan çıkmaz.

2. Kamera, mikrofon ve fotoğraflar

• Kamera — yalnızca bir sayfanın fotoğrafını çekmeyi seçtiğinizde istenir. Fotoğraflar galerinize değil, uygulamanın içine kaydedilir.
• Mikrofon — yalnızca bir sayfa için kayda başladığınızda istenir. Kayıt, yalnızca kayıt ekranında kaydın sürdüğü görülürken yapılır; uygulama arka planda asla dinlemez.
• Fotoğraflar — uygulama Android Fotoğraf Seçici'yi kullanır; yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz fotoğraflara erişebilir. Galerinizin tamamına veya dosyalarınıza erişim istemez.

Bu izinleri dilediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından reddedebilir veya geri alabilirsiniz; ilgili özellik çalışmaz, uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.

3. Çocuklar

StoryNest, ebeveynlerin küçük çocuklarıyla birlikte kullanması için tasarlanmıştır. Çocuğun gördüğü ekranlarda (kitaplık ve okuyucu) reklam, bağlantı, satın alma veya ayar yoktur. Düzenleme, paylaşım, ayarlar ve satın alma, küçük bir çocuğun çözemeyeceği bir çarpma sorusundan oluşan ebeveyn kontrolünün arkasındadır.

Uygulama çocuklardan hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, sohbet veya sosyal özellik içermez ve çocuğun gördüğü ekranlardan internete hiçbir şey göndermez. Uygulama, Google Play Aile politikasına uygun olarak geliştirilmiştir.

4. Uygulama içi satın alma (Google Play Faturalandırma)

StoryNest 2 kitaba kadar ücretsizdir. StoryNest Sınırsız, Google Play üzerinden yapılan isteğe bağlı, tek seferlik bir satın almadır. Ödeme bilgileri tamamen Google tarafından işlenir; kart veya ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Uygulama Google Play'den yalnızca satın almanın sahip olunan, bekleyen veya iade edilmiş durumda olup olmadığını öğrenir ve satın almanın yeni bir cihazda geri yüklenebilmesi için bunu uygulama her açıldığında yeniden kontrol eder. 5. Kitap paylaşma ve içe aktarma

Kitabı paylaş seçeneğini kullanırsanız uygulama, o kitabın fotoğraflarını, ses kayıtlarını, adını, temasını ve çıkartmalarını içeren bir .storynest dosyası oluşturur ve Android paylaşım ekranını açar. Dosya yalnızca seçtiğiniz uygulamaya ve kişilere (örneğin bir mesajlaşma uygulaması veya e-posta) gider. Dosyayı alan herkes fotoğrafları görebilir ve kayıtları dinleyebilir; bu nedenle yalnızca güvendiğiniz kişilerle paylaşın. Gönderildikten sonra dosya, kullandığınız hizmetin ve alıcının politikalarına tabidir.

Bir .storynest dosyasını içe aktarırsanız içeriği cihazınızdaki uygulamaya kopyalanır. İçe aktarılan dosyalar açılmadan önce kontrol edilir.

6. Eklediğiniz içerik

Basılı kitapların fotoğrafları ailenizin özel kullanımı içindir. Lütfen yazar ve yayıncıların haklarına saygı gösterin; telif hakkıyla korunan kitapların kopyalarını herkese açık şekilde paylaşmayın.

7. Analiz, reklam ve hesap yok

StoryNest analiz, çökme raporlama veya reklam hizmeti kullanmaz ve kullanıcı hesabı içermez.

8. İnternet kullanımı ve izinler

Tüm özellikler çevrimdışı çalışır. İnternet yalnızca Google Play Faturalandırma tarafından fiyatı göstermek, satın almayı tamamlamak ve satın alma durumunu kontrol etmek için kullanılır.

• Kamera ve mikrofon — bkz. 2. bölüm.
• İnternet / faturalandırma (Google Play Faturalandırma kütüphanesi tarafından eklenir) — yalnızca satın alma.

Uygulama konumunuza, kişilerinize veya dosyalarınıza erişim istemez.

9. Cihaz yedeklemesi

Fotoğraflar, ses kayıtları ve kitap veritabanı, boyutları ve kişisel nitelikleri nedeniyle Android bulut yedeklemesinin dışında tutulur. Android yedeklemesi açıksa küçük uygulama ayarları cihaz yedeğinize dahil edilebilir. Yeni bir telefona cihazdan cihaza doğrudan aktarım yaptığınızda Android uygulamanın verilerini yeni cihaza kopyalayabilir. Bir kitabın kopyasını kendiniz saklamak için Kitabı paylaş seçeneğini kullanıp dosyayı güvenli bir yere kaydedin.

10. Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi

Verileriniz siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Bir sayfayı silmek fotoğrafını ve kaydını; bir kitabı silmek tüm fotoğraflarını ve kayıtlarını siler. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya verilerini temizlemek, uygulamanın sakladığı her şeyi siler. Hiçbir sunucuda sizinle ilgili veri tutulmaz.

11. Veri güvenliği

Veriler, diğer uygulamaların okuyamadığı uygulamaya özel depolama alanında saklanır. Güvenlikleri ayrıca cihazınızın güvenliğine (örneğin ekran kilidinize) bağlıdır. Google Play ile yapılan bağlantılar şifrelidir.

12. Politika değişiklikleri

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir.
