KDV Hesaplama - Tevkifat — Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how KDV Hesaplama - Tevkifat, a VAT (KDV) and withholding (tevkifat) calculator developed by Kodrika for Android and iOS (iPhone), handles your data. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Data we collect
The app does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts or location, and there is no sign-in. All calculations are done on your device. The following is stored only on your device to make the app work:
- Your calculation history: up to your 50 most recent calculations (amount, VAT rate, whether VAT is included or excluded, the withholding rate if used, the results and the date of the calculation).
- Simple app settings: the last selected VAT rate, whether VAT is included or excluded, and your light or dark theme choice.
This data is not sent to us and is not linked to your identity.
2. Sharing and copying
When you tap Share, the calculation result is sent as text to the app you choose through your device's share menu (the Android share menu or the iOS share sheet) (for example, a messaging or email app). When you tap Copy, the result is copied to your device's clipboard. Nothing is shared unless you choose to.
3. Internet use and links
The app works fully offline and does not use the internet. If you tap the Kodrika logo at the bottom of the screen, https://kodrika.com.tr opens in your web browser, which handles the visit under its own privacy policy.
4. Device backup
If device backup is turned on, your operating system may include the app's settings and calculation history in your device backup or when you move to a new device: on Android, for example, your Google account backup; on iPhone, iCloud Backup or a computer backup. This is handled by Android or iOS and your backup provider, not by us; you can turn it off in your device settings.
5. Permissions
The app does not request any permissions: it does not access your location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts or files, and it does not use the internet.
6. Third-party services
The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or payment services, does not track you across other apps or websites, and no third party receives data from the app.
7. Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
8. Data retention and deletion
Your history and settings stay on your device until you delete them. You can delete a single calculation from the history or use Clear History to remove all of them. Uninstalling (deleting) the app or clearing its data removes all of the app's local data. We hold no data about you on our servers.
9. Data security
Because data is stored only on your device, its security depends on your device's security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.

KDV Hesaplama - Tevkifat — Gizlilik Politikası
Bu gizlilik politikası, Kodrika tarafından Android ve iOS (iPhone) için geliştirilen KDV ve tevkifat hesaplama uygulaması KDV Hesaplama - Tevkifat'ın verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Topladığımız veriler
Uygulama adınız, e-posta adresiniz, kişileriniz veya konumunuz gibi kişisel bilgileri toplamaz; oturum açma yoktur. Tüm hesaplamalar cihazınızda yapılır. Uygulamanın çalışması için yalnızca aşağıdakiler cihazınızda saklanır:
- Hesaplama geçmişiniz: en son yaptığınız en fazla 50 hesaplama (tutar, KDV oranı, KDV dahil mi hariç mi olduğu, kullanıldıysa tevkifat oranı, sonuçlar ve hesaplama tarihi).
- Basit uygulama ayarları: son seçilen KDV oranı, KDV dahil/hariç seçimi ve açık ya da koyu tema tercihiniz.
Bu veriler bize gönderilmez ve kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez.
2. Paylaşma ve kopyalama
Paylaş'a dokunduğunuzda hesaplama sonucu, cihazınızın paylaşım menüsü (Android paylaşım menüsü veya iOS paylaşım ekranı) üzerinden seçtiğiniz uygulamaya (örneğin bir mesajlaşma veya e-posta uygulaması) metin olarak gönderilir. Kopyala'ya dokunduğunuzda sonuç cihazınızın panosuna kopyalanır. Siz seçmedikçe hiçbir şey paylaşılmaz.
3. İnternet kullanımı ve bağlantılar
Uygulama tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır ve internet kullanmaz. Ekranın altındaki Kodrika logosuna dokunursanız https://kodrika.com.tr adresi web tarayıcınızda açılır; bu ziyaret tarayıcınızın kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işlenir.
4. Cihaz yedeklemesi
Cihaz yedeklemesi açıksa işletim sisteminiz, uygulamanın ayarlarını ve hesaplama geçmişini cihaz yedeğinize veya yeni bir cihaza geçişe dahil edebilir: Android'de örneğin Google hesabı yedeğiniz, iPhone'da iCloud Yedekleme veya bilgisayar yedeği. Bu işlem bizim tarafımızdan değil, Android veya iOS ve yedekleme hizmeti sağlayıcınız tarafından yapılır; cihaz ayarlarınızdan kapatabilirsiniz.
5. İzinler
Uygulama hiçbir izin istemez: konumunuza, kameranıza, mikrofonunuza, fotoğraflarınıza, kişilerinize veya dosyalarınıza erişmez ve internet kullanmaz.
6. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Uygulamada reklam, analiz, hata raporlama veya ödeme hizmeti bulunmaz; sizi başka uygulama veya web sitelerinde izlemez ve uygulamadan hiçbir üçüncü tarafa veri aktarılmaz.
7. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
8. Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi
Geçmişiniz ve ayarlarınız siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Geçmişten tek bir hesaplamayı silebilir veya Geçmişi Temizle ile tümünü kaldırabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak (silmek) veya verilerini temizlemek uygulamaya ait tüm yerel verileri siler. Sunucularımızda sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri tutulmaz.
9. Veri güvenliği
Veriler yalnızca cihazınızda saklandığından güvenlikleri cihazınızın güvenliğine bağlıdır.
10. Politika değişiklikleri
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir.
