This privacy policy explains how Bilsem Resim Sınavı Soruları (package name com.kodrika.bilsemResim), developed by Kodrika, handles your data. The app helps children in grades 1–3 practise for the BİLSEM art (drawing) exam and is meant to be used by children together with their parents. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Data stored on your device

The app does not ask for or collect an email address, phone number, contacts, location or any sign-in. The following is stored only on your device to make the app work:

• Progress on questions: which questions are completed, marked as favourite or difficult, and when they were completed.
• Drawing photos: if you add a photo of a drawing, it is saved in the app's private storage. Photos are never uploaded.
• Child profile (optional): a first name or nickname that a parent can enter in the Parent area, used only for the greeting on the home screen, and the selected grade level.
• Activity records: daily study time (kept for about 120 days), mock exam durations, streaks, earned badges and the weekly drawing goal, used to show the parent report.
• Settings: reminder on/off, read-aloud during mock exams, the question of the day, a counter used to space out ads, and whether the "Remove ads" purchase is owned (so ads stay removed while offline).

This data is not sent to us. The child's name, drawing photos, question progress and parent report are not shared with any advertising or analytics service.

2. Android backup

If Android backup is turned on in your device settings, Android may include the app's settings and question progress (including the optional child's name) in your device backup to your Google account, or transfer them when you move to a new device, so progress is not lost. This backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings; we cannot access it. Drawing photos are not included in the backup. You can turn backup off in your device settings.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep the app free, the app shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the home screen and, at most after every fifth completed question, a full-screen ad at that natural break. Full-screen ads are not shown when the app opens or while a question is open. No ads are shown after the "Remove ads" purchase.

Because the app is intended for children, all ad requests are configured with child-appropriate settings:

• ad requests are tagged as child-directed and as coming from users under the age of consent;
• ad content is limited to the "G" (general audiences) rating;
• the advertising ID permissions and the interest-based Topics permission are removed from the app, so the app does not give Google access to the advertising ID, and ads are not personalised.

To show and measure ads, Google may still process limited information such as device and app information, the IP address (for approximate location and fraud prevention) and interactions with ads, under Google's policies:

Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform is shown before ads are requested. Where applicable, you can change your ad privacy choices at any time in the Parent area under "Reklam gizlilik tercihleri".

4. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

The app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to find and fix crashes and errors. When the app crashes or an error occurs, a report is sent that contains technical information such as the device model, Android version, app version, the error details and an installation identifier. Crash reports do not contain the child's name, drawing photos or question progress. Firebase data is processed by Google: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

5. Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)

The app includes Google Firebase Analytics, which records basic, automatically collected usage statistics (for example app opens, session length, app updates and in-app purchase events), together with an app instance ID, device and app information and approximate location based on the IP address. The app does not log any custom events and does not send any content entered in the app. Advertising ID collection is turned off and analytics data is not used for ad personalisation. 6. Optional "Remove ads" purchase (Google Play)

The app offers an optional one-time purchase that removes all ads. All questions and features remain free. The purchase is placed inside the Parent area, behind a simple parental check (a maths question), so that children cannot reach it by accident. Payments are processed by Google Play; we never receive your payment card or billing details. The app checks with Google Play whether the purchase is owned so it can remove ads and restore the purchase on a new installation.

7. Camera and photos

To add a photo of a drawing, you can take a picture with your device's camera app or choose an existing image with the system picker. The app does not request the camera or storage permission: the camera app saves the photo directly into the app's private storage, and a picked image is copied there. The app only sees the image you take or choose. You can remove a drawing photo at any time, and photos are never uploaded.

8. Read aloud (text-to-speech)

The "Dinle" (Listen) button reads question instructions aloud using your device's Turkish text-to-speech engine. The text is passed to the speech engine installed on your device (for example, Google's speech services), which handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive any audio or text, and the app does not use the microphone.

9. Daily reminder notifications

A parent can turn on a daily "question of the day" reminder in the Parent area. It is off by default. On Android 13 and later the app asks for notification permission only when the reminder is turned on. The reminder is scheduled on the device (around 18:00) using Android's WorkManager; no push notification service is used and nothing is sent to a server. You can turn it off at any time in the app or in the device settings.

10. Sharing

When you tap Share, the question text and, if one exists, the drawing photo are sent to the app you choose (for example, a messaging app). Nothing is shared unless you choose to.

11. Internet use

All questions and images are included in the app and work offline. The internet is used only to load ads and the consent message, to send crash reports and usage statistics, to check and restore the purchase with Google Play, and to open this privacy policy in your browser. The app only uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

12. Permissions

• Internet and network state — loading ads, sending crash reports and usage statistics and contacting Google Play.
• Notifications (Android 13+) — the optional daily reminder.
• Google Play Billing — the optional "Remove ads" purchase.
• Ad attribution service (added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK) — measuring ads on supported Android versions. The advertising ID and Topics permissions are removed from the app.
• Wake lock, foreground service and run at startup (added by Google and AndroidX libraries) — completing background tasks such as ad, billing and scheduled reminder work, and keeping the reminder scheduled after the device restarts.

The app does not request camera, microphone, storage, contacts or location permissions.

13. Third-party services

The app uses Google AdMob with the User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, Google Firebase Crashlytics and Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC). Apart from these, no data is transferred from the app to any third party.

14. Children's privacy

The app is designed for children in grades 1–3 and their parents, and it treats all users as children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children: there is no account, no chat and no way to share personal information with other users. The optional child's name and drawing photos stay on the device. Ads are child-directed, limited to general-audience content and not personalised, and the advertising ID is not accessed. The purchase and settings are behind a parental check. We recommend that parents enter only a first name or nickname.

15. Data retention and deletion

Data stored on the device stays there until you delete it. You can remove a drawing photo, change or clear the child's name, or mark questions as not completed in the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data (Settings → Apps → Bilsem Resim Sınavı Soruları → Storage) deletes all local data, including drawing photos. We keep no data about you on our own servers. Purchase records are kept by Google Play, crash reports and usage statistics by Firebase under their retention settings, and any Android backup under your Google account settings.

16. Data security

Data is stored in the app's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot access, so its security also depends on the security of your device. Connections to Google services are encrypted.

17. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates are published on this page and the effective date is changed.

Bilsem Resim Sınavı Soruları — Gizlilik Politikası

Bu gizlilik politikası, Kodrika tarafından geliştirilen Bilsem Resim Sınavı Soruları (paket adı com.kodrika.bilsemResim) uygulamasının verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulama, 1–3. sınıf öğrencilerinin BİLSEM resim yetenek sınavına hazırlanmasına yardımcı olur ve çocukların ebeveynleriyle birlikte kullanması için tasarlanmıştır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Uygulama e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, kişiler, konum veya herhangi bir oturum açma bilgisi istemez ve toplamaz. Uygulamanın çalışması için aşağıdakiler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır:

• Soru ilerlemesi: hangi soruların tamamlandığı, favori veya zor olarak işaretlendiği ve ne zaman tamamlandığı.
• Çizim fotoğrafları: bir çizimin fotoğrafını eklerseniz uygulamanın kendi özel depolama alanına kaydedilir. Fotoğraflar hiçbir zaman yüklenmez.
• Çocuk profili (isteğe bağlı): ebeveynin Ebeveyn alanında girebileceği bir ad veya takma ad (yalnızca ana ekrandaki selamlamada kullanılır) ve seçilen sınıf seviyesi.
• Etkinlik kayıtları: ebeveyn raporunu göstermek için günlük çalışma süresi (yaklaşık 120 gün saklanır), deneme sınavı süreleri, seriler, kazanılan rozetler ve haftalık çizim hedefi.
• Ayarlar: hatırlatmanın açık/kapalı durumu, deneme sınavında sesli okuma, günün sorusu, reklam sıklığını ayarlamak için kullanılan bir sayaç ve "Reklamları kaldır" satın almasına sahip olup olmadığınız (çevrimdışıyken de reklamların kapalı kalması için).

Bu veriler bize gönderilmez. Çocuğun adı, çizim fotoğrafları, soru ilerlemesi ve ebeveyn raporu hiçbir reklam veya analiz hizmetiyle paylaşılmaz.

2. Android yedeklemesi

Cihaz ayarlarınızda Android yedeklemesi açıksa Android, ilerlemenin kaybolmaması için uygulamanın ayarlarını ve soru ilerlemesini (isteğe bağlı çocuk adı dahil) Google hesabınızdaki cihaz yedeğine ekleyebilir veya yeni bir cihaza geçerken aktarabilir. Bu yedekleme, Google hesabı ayarlarınıza göre Google tarafından yönetilir; biz bu yedeğe erişemeyiz. Çizim fotoğrafları yedeğe dahil edilmez. Yedeklemeyi cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

3. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Uygulamanın ücretsiz kalabilmesi için Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir: ana ekranın altında bir banner ve en fazla her beş tamamlanan soruda bir, bu doğal mola anında tam ekran bir reklam. Tam ekran reklamlar uygulama açılırken veya bir soru açıkken gösterilmez. "Reklamları kaldır" satın alındıktan sonra hiçbir reklam gösterilmez.

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik olduğundan tüm reklam istekleri çocuklara uygun ayarlarla yapılır:

• reklam istekleri çocuklara yönelik ve rıza yaşının altındaki kullanıcılardan geliyor olarak etiketlenir;
• reklam içeriği "G" (genel izleyici) derecesiyle sınırlandırılır;
• reklam kimliği izinleri ve ilgi alanına dayalı Topics izni uygulamadan kaldırılmıştır; bu nedenle uygulama Google'a reklam kimliğine erişim sağlamaz ve reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez.

Reklamları göstermek ve ölçmek için Google yine de cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, IP adresi (yaklaşık konum ve dolandırıcılığı önleme amacıyla) ve reklamlarla etkileşimler gibi sınırlı bilgileri Google'ın politikalarına göre işleyebilir:

Yasaların gerektirdiği yerlerde (örneğin Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık) reklam istenmeden önce Google'ın Kullanıcı Mesajlaşma Platformu üzerinden bir onay mesajı gösterilir. Bulunduğunuz bölgede geçerliyse reklam gizlilik tercihlerinizi Ebeveyn alanındaki "Reklam gizlilik tercihleri" bölümünden istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz.

4. Çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics)

Uygulama, çökmeleri ve hataları bulup düzeltmek için Google Firebase Crashlytics kullanır. Uygulama çöktüğünde veya bir hata oluştuğunda cihaz modeli, Android sürümü, uygulama sürümü, hata ayrıntıları ve bir kurulum kimliği gibi teknik bilgiler içeren bir rapor gönderilir. Çökme raporları çocuğun adını, çizim fotoğraflarını veya soru ilerlemesini içermez. Firebase verileri Google tarafından işlenir: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

5. Kullanım istatistikleri (Firebase Analytics)

Uygulama, otomatik olarak toplanan temel kullanım istatistiklerini (örneğin uygulamanın açılması, oturum süresi, uygulama güncellemeleri ve uygulama içi satın alma olayları) bir uygulama örneği kimliği, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri ve IP adresine dayalı yaklaşık konumla birlikte kaydeden Google Firebase Analytics hizmetini içerir. Uygulama özel bir olay kaydetmez ve uygulamada girilen hiçbir içeriği göndermez. Reklam kimliği toplama kapalıdır ve analiz verileri reklam kişiselleştirmede kullanılmaz. 6. İsteğe bağlı "Reklamları kaldır" satın alması (Google Play)

Uygulama, tüm reklamları kaldıran isteğe bağlı, tek seferlik bir satın alma sunar. Tüm sorular ve özellikler ücretsiz kalır. Satın alma, çocukların yanlışlıkla ulaşamaması için basit bir ebeveyn doğrulamasının (bir matematik sorusu) arkasındaki Ebeveyn alanında yer alır. Ödemeler Google Play tarafından işlenir; kart veya fatura bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz. Uygulama, reklamları kaldırmak ve yeni bir kurulumda satın almayı geri yüklemek için satın almaya sahip olup olmadığınızı Google Play üzerinden kontrol eder.

7. Kamera ve fotoğraflar

Bir çizimin fotoğrafını eklemek için cihazınızın kamera uygulamasıyla fotoğraf çekebilir veya sistem seçicisiyle mevcut bir görseli seçebilirsiniz. Uygulama kamera veya depolama izni istemez: kamera uygulaması fotoğrafı doğrudan uygulamanın özel depolama alanına kaydeder, seçilen görsel ise oraya kopyalanır. Uygulama yalnızca sizin çektiğiniz veya seçtiğiniz görseli görür. Çizim fotoğraflarını istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz; fotoğraflar hiçbir zaman yüklenmez.

8. Sesli okuma (metin okuma)

"Dinle" düğmesi soru yönergelerini cihazınızın Türkçe metin okuma (text-to-speech) motoruyla sesli okur. Metin, cihazınızda yüklü konuşma motoruna (örneğin Google'ın konuşma hizmetleri) iletilir ve bu motorun kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işlenir. Hiçbir ses veya metin bize ulaşmaz; uygulama mikrofonu kullanmaz.

9. Günlük hatırlatma bildirimleri

Ebeveyn, Ebeveyn alanından günlük "günün sorusu" hatırlatmasını açabilir. Bu özellik varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Android 13 ve sonrasında bildirim izni yalnızca hatırlatma açıldığında istenir. Hatırlatma, Android'in WorkManager bileşeniyle cihaz üzerinde (akşam 18.00 civarı) planlanır; anlık bildirim (push) hizmeti kullanılmaz ve hiçbir veri sunucuya gönderilmez. Hatırlatmayı istediğiniz zaman uygulamadan veya cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

10. Paylaşma

Paylaş'a dokunduğunuzda soru metni ve varsa çizim fotoğrafı seçtiğiniz uygulamaya (örneğin bir mesajlaşma uygulaması) gönderilir. Siz seçmedikçe hiçbir şey paylaşılmaz.

11. İnternet kullanımı

Tüm sorular ve görseller uygulamanın içinde yer alır ve çevrimdışı çalışır. İnternet yalnızca reklamların ve onay mesajının yüklenmesi, çökme raporlarının ve kullanım istatistiklerinin gönderilmesi, satın almanın Google Play ile kontrol edilip geri yüklenmesi ve bu gizlilik politikasının tarayıcınızda açılması için kullanılır. Uygulama yalnızca şifreli (HTTPS) bağlantılar kullanır.

12. İzinler

• İnternet ve ağ durumu — reklamların yüklenmesi, çökme raporlarının ve kullanım istatistiklerinin gönderilmesi ve Google Play ile iletişim.
• Bildirimler (Android 13+) — isteğe bağlı günlük hatırlatma.
• Google Play Faturalandırma — isteğe bağlı "Reklamları kaldır" satın alması.
• Reklam ilişkilendirme hizmeti (Google Mobile Ads SDK tarafından eklenir) — desteklenen Android sürümlerinde reklamların ölçülmesi. Reklam kimliği ve Topics izinleri uygulamadan kaldırılmıştır.
• Uyanık tutma, ön plan hizmeti ve açılışta çalışma (Google ve AndroidX kütüphaneleri tarafından eklenir) — reklam, satın alma ve planlanmış hatırlatma gibi arka plan işlerinin tamamlanması ve cihaz yeniden başladıktan sonra hatırlatmanın planlı kalması.

Uygulama kamera, mikrofon, depolama, kişiler veya konum izni istemez.

13. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Uygulama; Kullanıcı Mesajlaşma Platformu ile birlikte Google AdMob, Google Play Faturalandırma, Google Firebase Crashlytics ve Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) hizmetlerini kullanır. Bunların dışında hiçbir üçüncü tarafa uygulamadan veri aktarılmaz.

14. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama 1–3. sınıf öğrencileri ve ebeveynleri için tasarlanmıştır ve tüm kullanıcıları çocuk olarak kabul eder. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız: hesap, sohbet veya diğer kullanıcılarla kişisel bilgi paylaşma imkânı yoktur. İsteğe bağlı çocuk adı ve çizim fotoğrafları cihazda kalır. Reklamlar çocuklara yönelik olarak işaretlenir, genel izleyici içeriğiyle sınırlıdır ve kişiselleştirilmez; reklam kimliğine erişilmez. Satın alma ve ayarlar ebeveyn doğrulamasının arkasındadır. Ebeveynlerin yalnızca bir ad veya takma ad girmesini öneririz.

15. Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi

Cihazda saklanan veriler siz silene kadar orada kalır. Uygulama içinde bir çizim fotoğrafını kaldırabilir, çocuğun adını değiştirebilir veya silebilir ya da soruları tamamlanmadı olarak işaretleyebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya verilerini temizlemek (Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Bilsem Resim Sınavı Soruları → Depolama) çizim fotoğrafları dahil tüm yerel verileri siler. Kendi sunucularımızda sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri tutulmaz. Satın alma kaydınız Google Play tarafından, çökme raporları ve kullanım istatistikleri Firebase tarafından kendi saklama ayarlarına göre, Android yedeği ise Google hesabı ayarlarınıza göre tutulur.

16. Veri güvenliği

Veriler cihazınızda, diğer uygulamaların erişemediği uygulamaya özel depolama alanında saklanır; bu nedenle güvenlikleri cihazınızın güvenliğine de bağlıdır. Google hizmetleriyle yapılan bağlantılar şifrelidir.

17. Politika değişiklikleri

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir.
